SHERRY MENG
Sherry Meng, the owner of Turtleworks, has worked with special needs children for over 10 years. During this time, she has seen how people with disabilities are often overlooked in the traditional market and are rarely offered the specialized professional support they need. She strongly believes that individuals with Autism deserve a variety of opportunities to participate in their broader communities. Since then, she has created highly successful programs that train young adults with limitations. At Turtleworks, she hopes to build their professional skills and strengthen their self-confidence, as well as help place them into jobs in the community.
EMBROIDERY CONSULTANT
AMANDA VARGAS
Amanda Vargas has been diligently working in embroidery business for the past 20 years. She holds experience in running machines as well as creating and digitizing logos. For the past year she has brought in house and managed the Embroidery Department to a large production company. She additionally introduces and implements organization, process, and procedure for various embroidery companies.

EMMA KEAS
Emma is a senior at Valley Christian High School. She is excited about storytelling as a tool for activism. At Turtleworks, her goal is to better understand the realities of neurodivergent youth through writing and design.

Jami is a junior at Monta Vista High School. She is devoted to using her writing to give the neurodivergent community a voice and spread awareness around their experiences. She hopes to help tell Turtleworks' story as authentically and impactfully as possible.

Siya Navalgundkar is a rising sophomore at Monta Vista High School. She is passionate about creative writing, art, and design. Siya is excited to be a part of the Turtleworks team and looks forward to helping the company grow.
