Last-minute Gift

At Turtleworks, we believe in taking the extra mile to design specialized products that allow customers to feel connected to their apparel. In one such case, a woman named Alison had a friend who was preparing to embark on a daunting adventure: climbing Mount Everest. To encourage her friend, Alison ordered a personalized jacket with the details of her friend’s trip that could keep her company and make many memories. However, the day before Alison’s friend departed, the jacket arrived with a typo.

 With little time to spare, Alison struggled to figure out a quick fix until she found Turtleworks. Despite it being the weekend, our owner Sherry knew that this piece would be a special one and prioritized the needs of our customer. She took exceptional time communicating with Alison, intricately removing errors, and replacing it with fresh embroidery enhanced the jacket. The finished product matched Alison’s original envisionment and she was delighted to receive it just in time for her friend's departure.
